This week has certainly been a busy week. Although at home last night, I think I spent most of it on email! How a technology has actually tied us up rather than be an enabler!

I must read over 500 emails a week and although I only reply to a subsection of these, it seems such a waste of valuable time!

This morning, I was in our Wimbledon office.

After a quick meeting to discuss a global maintenance agreement, I had a meeting with one of our prospective suppliers to discuss ipass, a solution that allows you to access over 700,000 wireless hotspots using a fixed monthly charge and a tablet app!

Ideal solution for those Execs who require instant Wi-Fi at the click of an app.

In the afternoon, it was back up to London to interview the final two candidates who have applied for the Head of Business Relationship role I am recruiting.

On the way home tonight, I have a new toy to play with. A Nokia Lumia running Windows 7 mobile. Already I have seen how easy it is to use and it has certainly got some great social media functions I intend to exploit!

Unfortunately tonight, I am missing football yet again! My ribs are better, but I think I am out for a few more weeks yet!

Don’t know how I am going to be fit to do the Brighton bike ride in May!
